It’s essential to have a homebuyer pre-qualified, so there are no surprises during the home buying process. As your preferred loan officer, I will analyze a consumer’s debt to income ratio, work history, and income to ensure you are working with a qualified client. I work with clients to make sure they can afford to purchase the home they want. If a client isn’t qualified, I can set goals for them like improving their credit, paying off their debt, or finding a program that is the right fit for them.
I work with different banks that offer various programs. The most common programs are conventional, FHA, or VA. However, there are many other programs available like the stated income programs and my job is to keep myself educated and up to date to provide the best program to your clients so they can make an informed decision.
